Why did you want to get involved with DETENTION?
I haven’t heard about a dance performance that spoke directly to me since the days of DV8 Physical Theatre back in the late 1980s. I also wanted to be part of something that acts as a warning of the dangers of losing hard fought for LGBT+ civil rights.
