Hometown: I’m originally from Planet Earth, born in the former Yugoslavia, and adopted and raised in Spain.
Occupation: Former Philanthropist & Art Collector, now studying International Relations with Global Development at Leeds Beckett University.

Why did you want to get involved with DETENTION?
At 16, while studying in London, the Section 28 protests were happening but I was in the closet. Fear held me back – fear of being arrested and giving my conservative adopted family an excuse to send me back to Spain.  Watching others fight courageously for LGBTQ+ rights left a profound mark on me.  DETENTION is my chance to confront that fear and finally stand up for what I believe in, honouring the bravery of those who fought tirelessly for change.
