Why did you want to get involved with DETENTION?
I was immediately excited by this opportunity: queer lives (yes!), 1980’s (yes!), dance (yes!), oppressive political history with current relevance (yes!). Gary Clarke and company (yes yes yes!). Not sure what I can contribute but I’ll give it my best shot.
